If you ever feel down and/or lack of self confidence : remember that you are unique in the universe.

Scenes like this is why I love Doctor Who.

Just a, you know, casual reminder.

I get so pissed when I see people, especially Dean fans, trash-talking Dean regarding his reaction towards Castiel. They really don’t get it, do they? They really don’t get Dean.
It’s like they want Dean to be all lovey and kissy towards Cas. It’s like they expect Dean to not be Dean. It’s like they expect him to just forget all the pain that Cas caused Sam.
Sam: the brother who Dean died for, went to hell for and would go to hell for again. Do they forget how fiercely Dean protects Sam?
Cas broke Dean’s brother. Do people not remember this? Would Dean really be Dean if he were able to just let that go? People need to put Dean’s reaction in perspective, in context of all that’s been going on.
Do they really want Dean to be all, “Hey man, you nearly destroyed my baby brother but you’re sorry so I guess it’s all chill!”
I’m sorry, but I couldn’t believe a Dean like that. It’s not consistent with the Dean we’ve loved since Season 1. The Dean who screamed, “If you hurt my brother I’ll kill you I swear! I’ll kill you all. I will kill you ALL!”
Sometimes it’s harder to forgive those who hurt the ones you love than it is to forgive those who have hurt you.
And people forget that with Leviathans trying to destroy the world, losing Bobby, losing Sam, trying to save Sam, and all the other shit that Dean has been trying to bear all on his own, I don’t think Dean has the energy to try to forgive Cas at the moment. Maybe someday he will, but right now, it’s all Dean can do just to put one foot in front of the other.

This.
Not to mention the fact that Jensen protects the integrity of his character. If he goes along with a character development or plot point, it’s pretty damn certain it’s because it’s right for Dean. Jensen should know. And I trust him.
